Hi meharunnisas4469 , could you share a bit more about your use case? Are you trying to configure AI Skills in Case Management through /design, the front end configuration, or trying to accomplish something else I didn't mention?

We didn't get a good answer from support and they weren't sure what the reason for it happening was. Did a recording of the bug happening even, but nothing. Best thing is to open another support case and provide them the data they're asking for to help with the research

Hi Matthias Brixius , Harshit Bumb (Appyzie) is correct that this is not expected behavior and the next best step is to open a case with Appian Support to further investigate the issue.

You're right. If the error goes away with a refresh and you see another error at a random moment, then you should open a support case with Appian to investigate this issue further.
