How can I access the Admin Console and Cloud Database now? Will it require payment? I am currently studying and would like to use these features for my learning. I am facing the same problem.

yes this is true one of my colleague faced same issue and Appian Community Support told him that he won't get back Legacy Community Environment as they are sunsetting the legacy environment !
guys pls don't lose access for legacy environment you will lose all your application and they are trying to export the application too but then your legacy environment will be shutdown and in new community edition there is no way to import application

I can confirm the statement made by Yogi. You won't get your legacy community environment back!
Even if you email the community support team - they won't do it.

And login into the older community environment every day is not enough to be counted as activity.
I would have appreciated if Appian would have communicated the new procedure and missing features in the beta version. That is not professional - very sad to say this.

Reach to community support team for requesting old environment access. Or combinedly work with anyone already having earlier environment access.

Recent changes and heavy load of Appian Site requirement, Appian Corporation removed many features in practice site place.

For earlier users who having earlier environment access better don't lose your access. Keep login in every 3 days and make your active account on live.

Appian is providing the beta version to allow users to practise Appian and it's latest features

Hi deeptis0004 ,

It seems that you are using a beta version of Community Edition. In the beta version, Appian is not providing separate environments for each user like they were doing earlier.

In the beta version, the same environment is shared between users, and a separate workspace is assigned to different users.

In this new Community Edition, Admin access is removed for all users. Hence, you can't access the Admin Console and Database AFAIK.
