ankitr851905 For your 2nd screenshot, CSV is not supported when using the Extract from Excel File action when creating an extraction model. We do convert Excel files to CSV when you run an instance though so your file should be supported.

Please ensure you have the latest version available as well as all plugins downloaded & installed.

This is weird as CSV is one of the supported extensions for AI Document Center. Though I have not tested with csv files personally so dont know if there is some case dependency here.

Anyway, In the extraction model try to describe the document and field for extraction explicitly so that AI Copilot can extract data like name, age, location, role etc appropriately. Better instructions will yield better results.

Also test the Extraction Models against at least 30 unique documents to ensure statistically significant results.

Have you tried same with CSV?
Recommend use Excel Tools plugin for this requirement.

ankitr851905 are you able to share your file & DocCenter version? XLSX file support is limited depending on complexity of the file.
