ankitab535847 I suspect this may be a bug for which we have deployed a hotfix. Could you please try updating your Appian environment to 25.4.305.0 or newer, and then let us know if that resolves your issue?

The security is correct. The users are part of the group. The only difference is that they are basic users.

You need to verify properly that the user must have access to the folder containing the document. I can see this is the only reason for this issue.

ankitab535847 Does the user in question have access to the document/s in the chat? The documents chatbot enforces object security: docs.appian.com/.../Documents_Chat_Component.html
