While you can embed Appian interfaces in external applications, you can't do the opposite. You could try to do a backend integration with the calendar provider and then use that data to show it in SAIL. The Calendar Grid component would be really helpful here.

Is your Requirement that you want to make a custom calendar and use that in your rules and process? If yes then you can create a custom calendar by going to "System" tab in Appian Runtime Designer and choose Option "Process Calendar > Set Working Time". Here you can create a custom calendar as per your requirement and later you can use this calendar in Date & Time functions.
