This approach will avoid users to download the html attachment
Could be a good solution

Hi,

Appian does not allow to add the html page on the SAIL Interface.

but you can use webapi (a!httpResponse) to show the html content, pass the all the body content in html format,
Note: the html page is shown on the new tab.

use the safelink on SAIL Interface to show the page in the new tab
