Individual users who use the application in tempo only need to set their timezone via Settings > TimeZone.

Remember, You cannot change user locale through process at run time whereas other information of a user can be updated through a smart service ("Update User Profile"). Thank you.

Click on profile Icon-->settings-->Regional , here you can change the Time zone.This is self do able activity.
