Thank you so much for your valuable reply and guidance, I just gone through new release documents and found that there is a new function available in apian 17.4 which is a!startProcessLink(). After adding the required values I found that it automatically opens the form with the values that is being assigned in it.

Hi Vivek,

there is no way to open another interface through URL,
you can use different approach,
On the Process Model add two User Input Task in Chaning
1) on the first User Input Task you pass the values from Interface1 in the Process Model
2) and pass the above value as a input of second User Input Task ie Interface2

But how can I capture the value from url to process variable?

Use submit link, in which the process is completed and trigger another User Input Task in chaning, you can pass the value through process variable
