Hi Narmada make sure, the property which holds the value of checkbox should be of type array.

In case if it's a CDT, define that particular property of type array, currently seems like it's Single hence current selection is overriding the previous selection.

In Editable grid i'm trying to use multiple checkbox's in a single cell.When i'm clicking on the first checkbox it selects but, i'm selecting second checkbox it selects the first checkbox is not selected.

Are you asking if you can use multiple checkboxes in one cell or have multiple columns with checkboxes in them?

yes, by giving multiple values in choice values and choice labels.
