Agree. Is there a way to scan such irrelevant threads and archive those by Appian?

Harshit is correct - "suite/designer" was removed many years ago and all its functionality was migrated to the Appian Designer. In general I'd recommend creating a new post rather than commenting on a very old post that likely isn't relevant any more.

Hi @madhum0002. Do you remember how you resolved this issue?

/suite/designer is not loading. Browser just shows empty page and keeps on loading.

Am facing the same issue .

Do you have a web server setup in front of the application server? What are you seeing in your web server and/or application server logs upon a bad page load?

Hi someshwarp,

We have cleared the cache, but still we are having issues with the designer. Process and people tabs are not responding.

Hi madhum0002,
The issue you are facing might be due to Browser cache, try accessing site after cleaning the browser cache.
