The Milestone component is meant for this, and it's probably the fastest way to design this UX.
However, the product has evolved quite a bit since the introduction of the milestone. With side by side layouts, and card layouts, a designer's ability to create visually striking interfaces has expanded greatly.

natasav Perhaps a series of cards side by side with styled icons and text inside them would give you what you're looking for.

As Dai said, I would think that a decent solution could be a grid with various approval details columns. If they are looking for something more graphical, then a milestone component may be your best option.

We have users that would love to see a BPMN type representation of the process as well. Would love to see this added a feature!

Yes, with Progressive bar I mean milestone component. Any other idea?

I suppose it depends on the volume of data you may be trying to display. Easiest way is a grid to filter with context on each approval as columns. Maybe another way is with cards ...

Although I havent played with this myself yet, you could show process info on the cards and then link to the process / record via it?

Another way could be the master detail from the list of approvals ...

A few options for you but there should be plenty of examples in the documentation that should allow you to present some options.
