As per the 18.2 documentation, Links, Style and Tooltips in the card layouts are not supported in mobile devices.

To overcome this, we can make use of funtions like a!isNativePhone() and a!isNativeTablet().

Using this functions, we can check whether the current user is logged in via Tablet, Mobile or Desktop. If they have logged in via Tablet or Mobile, we can show the link for the texts inside the card, else we can provide the link for the card itself.

Hi rohinip,

As below practitioners said its working in 18.4 but not in 18.3.Kindly raise a support ticket if the appian team.

You are right, even code given in Appian site is also not working . I think need to raise concern with Appian team.

I have compared with earlier versions and new release 18.4, The requirement which you mentioned is not working in older versions, it might be a drawback with product side, but in 18.4 it is working absolutely fine.
