If you are trying to call it from a report please check if the drill-down path is sent to task details, I had the same issue in past.

Hmm, I'm not sure then. I'm confident that there is somewhere that is misconfigured, but it's difficult to troubleshoot without seeing the objects. Maybe try recreating the objects and see if you run into the same issue? I always find it helpful to add a little bit of functionality at a time to try and isolate the issue.

yes , I can see the designer Security as above, and the process model is published

Some additional questions:

Can you access the security from the Appian Designer?
Can you publish the process model? Only System Admins or Process Model Admins can publish the process model.

Does this mean your user is a System Administrator type? Or does it mean you are a basic user with admin access on the application? If it's the latter, I'm pretty sure the security of this object is just misconfigured. You will need someone that is a System Administrator to go to the object and fix the security.

Can you check the security of the data store which you are querying the data into this interface. This issue is only related to security and you will see even if you are a system admin

i checked on all the permission , all seem to be right, but when i go to the process model and check on security , it gives an error (an error while handling the last request)

What objects are you using in your Site tab? Have you checked that the source object (Record Type, Report, or Action) is working correctly and visible? This error could show if you created a site with a report that referenced a deleted interface.

Also, since you say multiple interface, you may want to look at process model security. Actually, I'm curious if you would get access denied message for the start form of a PM for which you aren't configured as at least a Viewer.

Keep in mind that users must have security on multiple objects to be able to view a page on a site. At a minimum, they must have at least viewer permission on:

The Site design object
The page design object (e.g. if the page displays a report, you must have viewer access on the report)
Any supporting data objects (e.g. if the page displays a grid that queries data from a data store, they must have viewer access on the data store)

Of course the funny thing is that they don't actually need any access to the interface rule! The security roles for rules and constants only grant access for designers and aren't relevant for end users.

The issue lies with user access and permission setting only. Please check the security settings for site as well as underlying pages security. Somewhere security is missing which is causing this.
