Just a suggestion that maybe you can use logical operators like "AND", "OR" to govern the visibility of your related action. This way multiple conditions can be handled.

There's no option to disable it in entity backed records.

Thanks @Vadivelan, I've other conditions also to apply for the visibility and with them it is kinda difficult to manage the disable condition. Can't we disable separately?

Hi varunkumarb0001

You can set the visibility of the related action conditionally.

Click on the Related Action name which will be a link in the Record. In the bottom right you will have a section "Visibility" where you can set it to true or false to conditionally display the related action.
