 I&amp;#39;m trying to create a user imput interface, which has text fields as follows. 
 &amp;lt;Customer Info&amp;gt; #1. Company name #2. Industory #3. Contact Person&amp;#39;s Name #4. Phone number

So let&amp;#39;s assume I have a Company Name called &amp;quot;Burchell Reality&amp;quot; and an Industry called &amp;quot;IT Consultancy&amp;quot; and I entered those values into the first two fields then it would fetch, from the same database, an existing &amp;quot;Contact Person&amp;#39;s Name&amp;quot; and &amp;quot;Phone Number&amp;quot;? If so, this is in effect a &amp;#39;search&amp;#39; and you&amp;#39;d be better off exposition your data as a list of records. If what I&amp;#39;ve described is not correct can you elaborate some more please?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
