What "page refresh" are you talking about? In what way exactly do you mean the document "cannot be seen" - what are you trying exactly?

Hi mike, I mean when uploading the document..the document gets uploaded but after that page refresh and that document cannot be seen.. I know am making some silly mistake somewhere..

When you say "document is not getting uploaded", what happens instead? Is the user properly submitting the form? Is the value of the document correctly passed back into one of the ACP variables in the task?

Hi Mike in constant have configured type as folder, value : folder name where I need to store the value.which I have created inside knowledge centre.
