I you navigate to <a href="https://myAppianSite.com/database">https://myAppianSite.com/database</a>&nbsp;you can see all of your tables and different settings. For your tables you might need to update the collation on specific columns to utf8_bin or another encoding so that the database will search for accent characters as well.
