So what you want to do here is to attach your User Interface (the form the collects registration data) to a Process Model as a "Start Form". In your Site you can then add an "Action" and reference that Process Model:

how can we wrap our existing interface into new interface. my use case is registration form.which stores data in database

I think that's fairly explanatory. Any Interface that is sued to implement a Site page cannot, by definition, contain any rule inputs because it is the top-level container for all other interface objects. That is: because nothing can call such an interface in the context of a Site the rule-inputs can never have any values passed to them.

A page i a site has no context and cannot pass any data to your interface. Either remove the rule inputs or wrap your existing interface into a new interface which passes the required data.

May I know what your use case is?
