There can be two possible solutions here:
1) To store the value of the selected list in the DB table along with the username.
2) To cache the value of the selected list for a user using the plugin:

The problem with the cache approach would be that the value would be available for a limited period

Hi Omkar,

You can add a card as a button on the summary page with a link to the list URL of the site.
