You can create a tempo interface that uses paging grids to display your folders and documents. It helps to have a data structure that holds the folder ids and document ids. Check out some of the recipes, for instance: forum.appian.com/.../SAIL_Recipes

Not currently. But there's a lot of work being done with new sail components. Stay tuned.
