But this will not be same for all the screen sized. When someone with a different screen factor opens it, like Macbook or 4k monitor, then this is bound to change. Make sure you consider this before applying a footer.

There are no real footers in Appian. I mean, you cannot place an element relative to the bottom of the window. And if the content of the page + your "footer" is not large enough, you will see that exact result.
