you just click the "turn off" link and it'll stay off for 2 or 3 minutes, then switch back on. if they ask why, tell them you needed to test whether it was blocking something work-critical.

Your IT department should be able to help you with this issue with zScaler. If done and still the problem exists you can check for the permissions in your application.

WE had the same problem a few months ago , and finally had to open a ticket to company's support to solve it.

try turning zScaler off temporarily and see if that changes the error message.

note: i think this might NOT be a zScaler issue, because for times when I do have issues with it (which is frequent, thanks to my network restrictions), the error message I get isn't styled as an Appian-internal message like in your initial screenshot. But it should be quick to try.

Hello,

1.Are you sure you have permission to create a interface in your application??

2.There is a warning message from zScaler ? are you sure it isn't related to it.

Could this be a zScaler issue? Never seen such an error message in Appian.
