Might as well just have the form and send the email vis Appian.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But in any case, you could always try&amp;nbsp;using the Log Reader plugin to get it from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;login-audit.csv.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
