OK. What do these dashboards do?

In my mind, an onboarding app is made to automate the operations of an onboarding process with multiple participants, each having to complete certain tasks. This is what a process with user input tasks is mean to do.

Then you might need a list of all your onboardings. Use a record, record list and a site page for this.

Seems like you just stepped into Appian, so this might be confusing. Navigate to "Learn" and complete the Associate Appian Developer training. Then come back.

What would these links and interfaces do?

If this is about the individual tasks assigned to these roles, in Appian you use a process model and User Input Tasks to define this.

Isn't this part of the training in the Appian academy?
