Hi, this bug is tracked as issue LCP-16405. So far there is no ETA given for that fix

Not yet, there are other couple of issues that will need to be addressed in a support case, just waiting for confirmation to do so.

Did you get a chance to open a support case about it, by the way? If people are intermittently seeing it "stick" in this condition, that indicates it might be a larger issue they'd want to look into.

Interesting! Wondering why it didn't work the first time you turned off async load!

It definitely feels like async load feature has some issue in backend causing this intermittent behaviour. Anyway glad the issue is resolved now.

Update: changed and disabled the Async Load (again) and the issue is not longer presenting. Thanks everyone

I also received an error report similar to this from one of my users in PROD. It was also for a grid that had Async Data Load enabled - when I disabled the option, the issue went away for him. I was never able to reproduce the issue on my own, so I didn't feel like I had the necessary evidence in order to open a support case. I would suggest you open one and report the issue and exactly what conditions you see it during.

Hi Harsha, I had data loading async and disabled that option and, there are no refresh attributes in the grids. The issue is still presenting after that change.

Do you have loadDataAsync attribute enabled for the grid? Can you turn it off and check. Also in the grid are you using any refresh attributes?
