If this is a mandatory requirement and users of this task don't need to see any other tabs in tempo except their tasks info, then you can use sites functionality which was introduced in 7.10.

forum.appian.com/.../Sites.html

By using sites, you will get rid of the left column which has these links you mention. Unfortunately this is the only way as of now and might not work in your case.

@aneeshv Seems to me that, unfortunately 'Educate users' is the only option available to us as of now.

That's fine. But the UI should be more flexible and configurable such that we should be able to disable/enable these options any time for any user, group or application.. Especially SAVE CHANGES as it is confusing for end users.

Also keep in mind that anyone set as a "Manager" or higher in the process model security will still be able to Override Task Assignment. See forum.appian.com/.../Configuring_Process_Model_Security.html for more info on this.

@sikhivahans, I agree with everything you said. The Save Changes functionality is built in and there is no way to disable it. As for the Reassign Tasks link, you can fully control that by limiting task reassignment privileges on your User Input tasks.

@aneeshv I don't think there isn't a way to disable 'Save Changes' currently and I do remember that this has been asked by some practitioners in the past in the Forum.

And regarding 'Reassign Tasks', I don't think there isn't a way to control it apart from the configurations we have available in 'Assignment' tab of User input task.
