Appian would have already mentioned it at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/7.11/SAIL_Components.html#Button if it's viable. An alternate would be to represent the same text in the place of 'confirmMessage' saying that clicking 'Yes' will continue and clicking 'No' leads to cancellation.<div style="clear:both;"></div>
