@ankitab is your attached code run before the document is saved into the Knowledge Center? If so, the document ID will be different. On the output of the smart service where the document is saved, save the (now correct) document ID into your CDT.

hi.. I have saved the document value into the cdt fileds.. but it's still not working..

@ankitab Just in case, if you aren't aware of this behavior, reference to the same has been clearly mentioned in the documentation under 'Notes' section at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.1/SAIL_Components.html#FileUpload.

So what you could actually do is, assign the document ids to the field in CDT (that maintains document id) post form submission.

Hi anikatab, the document will be stored in temporary until and unless the form is submitted and after the form is submitted the document is moved to appian document storage, so the document ids will be differed.
