Try using a radioButtonField with no choiceValues/choiceLabels for the Label and Instructions instead of a textField. There is still some extra space, but it's a little less than using a readOnly textField.

Thanks for response, really appreciate it. I did the same way using a textField and radioButtonField with collapsed label but it have a line space between the instruction and radio button options.

The first suggestion sounds very similar, if not exactly the same, as what I was going to offer. Just for the sake of having more information and more options, I've attached my own SAIL recipe to create the look of what you desire, but it is constructed with 2 fields -- richText and radioButton. Screenshot of what it looks like as well.

Unfortunately the instructions will only be displayed below the field. If you're on a newer version of Appian, using a helpTooltip may be a nice alternative. Otherwise, you'd likely have to implement this as two separate fields: one field with only a label and instructions, and your radioButton field below it with a collapsed label. However, this won't look as nice and compact as a single field. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately you will not be able to modify the location of the radio button instructions, however, one work-around is to move the radio button label and instructions into a richTextDisplayField above the buttons (see attachment). Other practitioners here may have different solutions as well.
