This is similiar, if not the same to forum.appian.com/.../kb-1269.html - please review the steps on the knowledge base article and let us know if that resolves your issue?

I attached a screenshot of the issues. I'm not the only one facing this issue. My browser's cache has been cleared

@nickh647 as @Sally Mention, i think it's your cache issue, because we did not face such issue yet

Are you able to provide a screenshot? If not, If you have upgraded from a previous version, you may need to fully clear your Browsers cache so the new icons are picked up.
