try using choose function or a!submitLink() to switch from one interface to other

if it is done by the same user you can also you choose function.

If you want to place a link to record/report dashboards, then you can create a generic rule as shown in the attached file.
However, you can also use the OOTB a!recordLink() function as told by @coltonb, but that won't let you open the link in new window/tab.

Take a look at Record Links. They will allow you to link to a specific record's summary dashboard.

What type of interface are you trying to navigate to? Record or Report?
