Symptoms

Downloading a document which is part of a Record results in an error of the following type:

{"error":"APNX-1-0000-000","message":"Unable to find File for content object with id: *****","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}

{"error":""APNX-1-0000-000","message":"","title":"An Error Has Occurred"}

There are no errors seen in the application server log.

Cause

This occurs when the related document has expired.

Action

Confirm the document has been expired.
Reinstate the document using the steps here.
