This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

After upgrading to Appian 18.1, users are not able to see some of the document folders in /design.

Cause

As part of the Appian 18.1 release, the "Documents" tab in /designer was removed. This change caused users to be unable to search for specific Knowledge Centers and Reports present within those Knowledge Centers.

This issue has been resolved via AN-105386 in the following hotfixes/versions:

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 18.1 and 18.2.
