KB-1705 Missing icons in process modeler when using IIS web server

Symptoms

When using IIS as a web server, it is observed that process modeler icons are missing/broken:

Cause

This can happen if the worker.list property is not correctly configured or if there is a missing worker in the workers.properties file of the IIS setup.

Action

Ensure the workers.properties is correctly configured as per this documentation and that there are no missing workers.

Affected Versions

This article applies to all versions of Appian using IIS as a web server.
