Symptoms

After configuring process model alert settings to send alerts only to the process initiator and saving and publishing the process model, other users still receive alerts from the model.

Cause

This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-93556.

Action

Instead of using the "Send alerts to the process initiator" option, set the alert settings to "Send alerts to the recipients defined by this expression" and use pp!initiator as the expression.

Affected Versions

This article applies to all versions of Appian.
