&lt;p&gt;When attempting to load a task that is assigned to a group, the task interface fails to load and the following error is seen:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Contact Appian Technical Support to schedule a window to apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Workaround&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To access a task experiencing this issue it must be re-assigned to a single user and then that user account will be able to successfully load the task interface.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To reassign a task in an in-flight process, follow these steps:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor the running process instance in the process modeler.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Right click on the User Input Task node for the task experiencing the issue and choose the &lt;strong&gt;X Instances&lt;/strong&gt; option.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Select the task instance and click &lt;strong&gt;View Node Details&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;AN-126208&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Workaround&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To access a task experiencing this issue it must be re-assigned to a single user and then that user account will be able to successfully load the task interface.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To reassign a task in an in-flight process, follow these steps:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor the running process instance in the process modeler.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Right click on the User Input Task node for the task experiencing the issue and choose the &lt;strong&gt;X Instances&lt;/strong&gt; option.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Select the task instance and click &lt;strong&gt;View Node Details&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Select the &lt;strong&gt;Assignment&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Assignees&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;box, type in the user name of the user to reassign the task to and then click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;Reassign&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;button.&lt;/li&gt;
