&lt;li&gt;Open the&amp;nbsp;Update Maintenance Contacts Related Action.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add e-mail addresses to the editable grid.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Save your changes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After taking these steps, the additional addresses will receive notifications of all future scheduled maintenance for your Appian Cloud instances.&lt;/p&gt;
