This issue has been resolved in an Appian hotfix/new Appian version. Please apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Symptoms

After upgrading to Appian 19.2, mobile-enabled forms flash and cannot be interacted with in Internet Explorer 11:

In the browser console, the following error is observed:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get property 'max' of undefined or null reference
script block (693) (9,12755)

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-138721 in Appian 19.2 Hotfix Package C.

Action

Apply the latest hotfix to your Appian installation or upgrade to the latest version of Appian.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 19.2.

This issue is caused by a defect in the Appian product. The defect is resolved via AN-138721 in Appian 19.2 Hotfix Package C.
