DRAFT KB-XXXX On 19.4, cannot see feature Save Record List Filters

Symptoms

Cause

This issue has been addressed via AN-146210 in the version 19.4.46.0.

Action

For Cloud, create a support case asking for a site restart to apply the latest hotfix and provide a 2 hour maintenance window for this request.

For On-Premise, there are two options:

1. Create a support case asking for the 19.4.46.0 Hotfix zip and apply the hotfix
2. Add the following property to the custom.properties file in /conf
   • appian.feature.saveFavoriteUserFilter.enabled=true

• This article applies to 19.4 in hotfixes prior to 19.4.46.0.
