Symptoms

Integration calls made using the Integration object (e.g. to https://google.com), fail to connect with, "Connection timed out", "Request timed out", or an HTTP 400 error. However, when using the a!httpQuery("https://google.com") function in an expression rule, the connection is successful.

Cause

This occurs because HTTP Proxy is enabled in the Admin Console, which is blocking the integration calls.

Action

Navigate to the Admin Console and click on HTTP Proxy under the Integration section. Review the HTTP Proxy settings or disable if the HTTP Proxy is not being used.

Symptoms
