Users observe one or both of the following symptoms:

The task count above does not reflect the number of tasks of the task list.
After submitting a task, the task remains on the task list even though it is completed. Clicking on this completed task results in the following error message to be displayed:

This Task Could Not Be Submitted
The task has already been submitted.
```

Cause

Cause

A task doesn't disappear until the process node completes. This means that the count/task list is sometimes incorrect because it lags behind and waits until the process node has complete. Please note that the data submitted is not affected at all by this lag
