When making design changes in the Record Type Designer, the changes take about 30 seconds to reflect on the actual record.
This is expected behavior out of the product.
Wait about 30 seconds before refreshing the record list or view in Tempo to see the changes being reflected.
This article applies to all versions of Appian.
