Internet Explorer has a security setting called Access data sources across domains. When this setting is disabled, embedded actions will not be permitted to make calls across domains, which results in the 401 error being thrown by the browser.

It is likely that your security settings are managed by an Internet Explorer administrator. If that is the case, please contact them to enable Access data sources across domains in Internet Explorer.
