Purpose

This article describes how authorized Support Contacts can create new Health Check credentials or reset the password of existing Health Check accounts.

Prerequisites

In order to create or reset your Health Check credentials, you must be:

An authorized Support Contact for your organization.
Able to receive emails from forum@appian.com

Instructions

Open MyAppian and navigate to the Health Tab.
Under "Health Check," click the Credentials card.
Select the organization for which you would like to create or reset Health Check credentials.
1. Each organization is only provided one Health Check account, which should be used across all environments.
Click "Search for Account" and follow the remaining steps provided in MyAppian.
As a System Administrator, open the Appian Administration Console in your Appian environment and navigate to the Health Check section.
Under “Automatic Upload”, update the Health Check Password.

Note: The Health Check credentials will need to be reset every year. If the credentials are not reset, the Health Check will fail and provide you with the error noted in KB-1556.
