When the site is down for maintenance functionality for these applications will be unavailable. This KB covers behaviors seen during Forum Maintenance and frequently asked questions.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3 id="mcetoc_1i6fmm82u2"&gt;&lt;a id="AppianCloudMW"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Appian Cloud Maintenance Windows&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Appian Support will avoid scheduling maintenance windows during the time of Forum Maintenance. If maintenance must occur during a Forum Maintenance Window, please create a support case to discuss with Appian Support.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3 id="mcetoc_1i6fn6kfk8"&gt;&lt;a id="SupportCases"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;Support Cases&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Issues normally reported in support cases will follow one of the following actions depending on if the issue is entitled to 24x7 support:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Customers subscribed to 24x7 support should contact support by phone and send an email to &lt;a href="mailto:support@appian.com"&gt;support@appian.com&lt;/a&gt; by a valid Appian Support contact for any assistance required during this time and Appian Support will assist. Phone numbers can be found on &lt;a href="/support#support-phone"&gt;Appian Community&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Issues not entitled to 24x7 support will be requested to be reported via Forum after maintenance has completed.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Cloud Metrics&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Self-Service functionality such as Health Check Password Reset, VPN configuration, and Certificate Management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Account Management&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Customers should plan to complete any necessary actions before or after maintenance.&lt;/p&gt;

Customers who have network policies which utilize allow listing to access Forum may need to update their policies to allow these URLs.&lt;/p&gt;
