Appian Health Check’s data collection fails to execute and throws the following error in the application-server.log:
[Appian Work Item - XXXXXX - ProcessExecXX : UnattendedJavaActivityRequest] ERROR com.appian.integration.httpclient.function.HttpFunction - ConnectorRuntimeException [title=Failed to retrieve value from SCS username=, com.appian.integration.core.exception.ConnectorRuntimeException: ObjectNotFoundException[ahc.collection]: The External System [identifier=ahc.collection] does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access its data. (APNX-1-4217-001)]
This could happen if the Health Check application and the Health Check plug-in are on different versions. Typically, this would be seen if the plug-in is updated to the latest version, but the application is not. The code is calling an object that is not part of the application.
Download both the latest version of the Health Check Application and plug-in from Forum and update your app and plug-in. If you’re on Appian Cloud, you will have to raise a support case to get the latest version of the plug-in deployed.
This article applies to all versions of Appian.
