&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;If you need to transfer your Appian Certification or Appian Community account to a new company or email address, follow these simple steps:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li style="font-weight:400;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;Create a new Appian Community account with your new email address.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="font-weight:400;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;Once completed, reach out to &lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="mailto:community@appian.com"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;community@appian.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt; with the email addresses associated with your old and new account.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;We will transfer or merge the two accounts for you and let you know when the process is complete.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:400;"&gt;Please note that your Appian Certifications, Community and Academy achievements, and Community activity history will be transferred during this process. &lt;p&gt;To update the email address that is tied to your Community user ID, your User Registration Administrator will need to register a brand new user ID with the new email address. If you do not know who your new User Registration Administrator is, contact support@appian.com.&lt;/p&gt;
