Cases which were previously created through Forum can no longer be interacted with. This behavior is intentional.</p> <h2>Action</h2> <p>If you need to revisit an issue that was investigated in a case with case number 438094 or earlier, please open a new support case and reference the old support case number in the initial description.</p> <h2>Affected Versions</h2> <p>This article applies to Appian Community.</p> <p>Last Reviewed: April 2017</p><div style="clear:both;"></div> <div style="font-size: 90%;">Tags: administration, community</div>
