Symptoms

When pressing the 'Start Process' button on the process model dashboard in /designer for a process model which formerly had a process start form, the following popup appears and the process instance does not start:

Cause

This issue has been reported to the Appian product team. The reference number for this issue is AN-80251.

Action

The current workarounds are as follows:

Use the "Launch Process" button via the Process Model Dashboard in /designer.
Create an Action in Tempo.

Affected Versions

This article applies to Appian 17.1.
