A problem occurred while processing your last request.<br /><br /></pre> <p>In the application server log, the following error is printed:</p> <pre>com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.InvalidSupervisorException: [InvalidSupervisorException]</pre> <h2>Cause</h2> <p>This may occur if the user listed as the user&#39;s supervisor is deactivated or not properly synced during the LDAP sync process.</p> <h2>Action</h2> <p>Reactivate the supervisor user or manually sync the user prior to performing any changes on the original user&#39;s record.
